We have been informed that our Course Portal hosting partner was having intermittent connection issues yesterday, January 24. This was due to a malicious attack on the network which may have prevented access or caused web pages to load abnormally for some users. As of this morning, we received a report that this attack is over and the system is back to normal.
Please note, this attack did not compromise any of your user data.
If you are still having issues accessing the Course Portal, or web pages are loading abnormally, be sure to empty your web browser's cache. If you are unsure on how to do that, please follow our tutorial on clearing browser cache. If that does not resolve the issue, or you need assistance clearing your cache, please contact our 24/7 Technical Support partner, whose contact information is found as a public link on the front page of the course portal.
